Training is not always the answer. A course covers awareness. Where the law asks for a competent person, a written risk assessment or a system you can evidence, training on its own will not close the gap. Tell us what you are trying to satisfy and we will say plainly whether this course does it.

Questions

Before you enrol

How do I book this course?

Buy it online and the learner gets their login straight away. If you are booking for more than one person, or for several different courses, send us the list and we will quote for the group rather than charging person by person.

How long do learners have to complete it?

It is self paced, so learners can stop and pick up where they left off. The time shown is video content and does not count thinking time on the questions.

Do learners get a certificate?

Yes. A certificate is issued once the learner passes, and you can download records for everyone you have enrolled.

Is the price per person?

Yes, per learner and excluding VAT. Group rates are better than the published price, so ask before booking a team.

Is eLearning enough on its own?

For awareness it often is. Where a duty needs a competent person, a risk assessment or a documented system, training alone will not close it. If you are not sure which side of that line you are on, ask us before buying.
