Regulation 6(3) of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 requires the assessment to be reviewed regularly, and reviewed forthwith where there is reason to suspect it is no longer valid or where the work has significantly changed. That is a set of triggers, not a date in a diary. The question is not how often you review. It is who notices when something changes.
